Tony Hall

Founder & Principal Consultant

Tony Hall is a technology executive with over 25 years of experience building, scaling, and leading technology organizations across enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, and the public sector. He has served as CTO and Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering, led organizations of over 650 people, and driven product development for an $800M SaaS solution.

Tony leads with empathy first and curiosity second — seeking genuine understanding before driving toward solutions. He brings that same philosophy to his consulting work, meeting leaders where they are and helping them grow into the executives their organizations need.

A former U.S. Marine and Computer Engineering graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, Tony holds two U.S. patents and has been recognized among Cisco's top leadership pipeline performers. He lives in Austin, Texas.
